At Mostra Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that roasted coffee beans are final sale.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Once authorized, securely pack your items and ship them back to our San Diego roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
